Catheters and medical components, concept through production
Tubing up to 8 lumens, injection and insert molding, RF tip forming, printing, coating, assembly, packaging and sterilization, all kept in-house for the device companies we build for.

Every step from pellet to pouch
Fourteen capabilities in-house, so a device does not have to leave for a second supplier between stages.
Medical extrusionUp to 8 lumens, taper or bump, single or co-extruded, running 24/7.
Injection moldingInjection and insert molding in a class 100,000 environment.
Catheter tippingRF tip forming, soft tip fusion and increased radiopacity.
Device printingRadio-opaque inks, hub, lumen and 360-degree printing.
CoatingReduces inflammation and trauma of insertion. No outsourcing.
Drilling and skivingNearly any hole or pattern, automated, on in-house tooling.
AssemblySolvent bonding, ultrasonic welding, curving, inspection.
PackagingFederally required testing and validations done in-house.
SterilizationMultiple on-site labs and custom validation programs.
Finished cathetersCVC, short term and PICC lines, from our own design line.
Research and developmentOver 35 engineers to reference, plus a patent portfolio.
3D printing and prototypingPrototypes and sample batches of virtually any drawing.
Tool design and fabricationTipping molds, extrusion tooling, power injection molds.
Project managementUpdates from purchase order to shipment.
One catheter, eight stops, one company
Follow a length of tubing through the line. Each station adds one thing, and every station is ours.
- Station 1ExtrudeSingle lumen or up to 8 inner lumens, around the clock.
- Station 2TipRF tip forming for a smooth conical transition.
- Station 3PrintRadio-opaque inks, lumen printing, 360-degree marks.
- Station 4Drill and skiveNearly any size hole or pattern, on in-house tooling.
- Station 5CoatCoatings that reduce the trauma of insertion.
- Station 6AssembleSolvent bonding, ultrasonic welding, over molding.
- Station 7PackageValidation programs and testing performed in-house.
- Station 8SterilizeOn-site labs for testing and custom validation.
Built under FDA and ISO 13485:2016

Start from a part we already make
The entire existing product line can be customized: needles, dilators, tearaways, molded components, monitoring lines, trocars and tunnelers.
Engineers can download many technical drawings online without a request, then send us the changes.

Services smaller companies lack and larger ones won't spare
With over 35 engineers to reference on new products and tooling built in-house, we take projects from the smallest component to the largest program.
