The extrusion department is the heart of the operation: intricate profiles with up to 8 inner lumens, taper or bump, single or co-extruded, and single lumen tubing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Profiles and tubing
Single lumen, multi lumen, profile and bump or tapered tubing, plus radiopaque tubing, striping, vacuum sizing and wire coating. Fillers include barium sulfate, bismuth trioxide and titanium dioxide, with custom colors available.
Tooling and throughput
In-house tooling and an in-house Despatch oven let us extrude and anneal a large amount of tubing at one time, for a quicker turnaround on your design.
How it ships
Tubing is available in coils, spools, hanks and custom cut lengths.
